It is a collaborative video work, produced together with a Ukrainian artist Polina Kuznietsova in a summer of 2022. Between March and September 2022, Polina with her 2 children was resided in Estonia as war refugees. The video was born out of many our conversations and mutual wish to collaborate with each other. It was an attempt to capture that moment in our lives that crossed over because of the war. Through a story of a few pieces of cloth, given to Polina by other people, she reveals her own story of how she with her children fled Ukraine in urgency in March 2022.
